sentiment project’s healing spaces are led and facilitated by kerri and sometimes joined by guest contributors and partner practitioners. it is not intended to be a replacement for therapy from a licensed professional but is an additional, layered resource that allow participants to process grief by using creativity—together.
this page includes a collection of resources that may be additional sources of support for you, as they have been for me. more recommendations will be added over time.

podcasts + reading
all there is with anderson cooper
this podcast is full of beautiful, intentional conversations with people who are allowing themselves to grieve around many types of loss. raw and moving, every episode holds inspiration and something to take away. a few of my favorites are episodes with dr. francis weller on the importance of creating a companionship with grief, andrew garfield discussing the loss of his mother to pancreatic cancer and stephen colbert on the way he’s found gratitude for his grief.
