sen·ti·ment :
based on emotion rather than reason

it’s not logical. that’s the magic of creativity. it’s how we make meaning of things. grief comes in waves, just like creative flow. allowing ourselves to feel is how we heal, which starts from within and grows in community. we can turn our suffering into beauty, if only we allow it.

it starts with a conversation.

do you have loss to process? whether it is recent or distant, obvious or invisible, to build forward, we must make space for it. creativity can be a safe container to allow ourselves to feel our grief and make meaning of our loss – together.

“this space felt very important in our workplace, especially in today’s society where co-workers can feel more distant and work interactions less personal.  it gave everyone a chance to see that they’re not alone and that grief is deeply human and that we can all relate in some way.”
