stigma sessions

grief is already stigmatized and many types of loss take on additional layers of silence or shame. every type of loss deserves the permission to be felt and grieved in order to heal. and often? we don’t realize that healing is needed.

grief can show up in unexpected times and ways, from burnout to low energy and motivation. it may be recent. it may be distant. it may feel like the world thinks it’s time to be “over” it.

this program creates space to build trust within small groups and use self-compassion and creativity to process grief that may feel invisible, misunderstood, or complicated. take steps towards healing over the course of six sessions, together.

restructure?
stepping away from a career path
as you once defined it?
feeling a pull?
making a move because the alternative
no longer felt sustainable?

some choose this transition.
some don't.

whatever brought you here, there's space to acknowledge what it meant and the identity shifts that come with it.

through the create • share • heal experience,
realign to your truth and
make yourself your next project*.

by allowing ourselves to grieve what was,

this cohort was the springboard to shift my thinking--to pause and let outside perspective and inner wisdom break a pattern of people-pleasing and burning out. I feel changed.”

“the create / share / heal process was so compelling to me. it was not easy, but it was so necessary to let go, move forward, and embody who i want to be.”

stigma sessions, april 2025 participant

“i was surprised by how much clarity came through this process. things I hadn’t fully put into words before became so much clearer throughout the six weeks. the feelings i held, that I’m now able to name, was a huge breakthrough for me.”
