sunday conversations

this space is for those who have experienced suicide loss.

the book i created in college while studying graphic design to process feelings about my dad’s suicide + the act of sharing it with my class is where sentiment started. two decades later, the create/share/heal framework came to be in this virtual, small group format.

along this co-created experience, facilitated by me, each participant takes their turn to create a project and share, raising their hand as they feel ready. community is built through trust, vulnerability and active listening– creating a supportive, healing journey.

season 4

a shared commitment with a group of people who have lost someone to suicide and are ready to acknowledge their feelings, using creativity to share their story and heal in community. mentorship and guidance available for each storyteller. this co-created experience takes approximately 10-12 months to complete.

1 x month on sundays

“i didn’t realize how much this loss was still with me. going through this program made me understand just how present that loss can be at certain times.

you move forward with your life, but it’s like carrying a stone in your pocket. most days you don’t notice the weight—but then there are moments, unexpected and unguarded, when the emotion creeps back in.

this journey helped me make space for that emotion without feeling like i had to push it down or explain it away. it’s been about recognizing that the connection i had with my friend didn’t end with their death. and that grief, even decades later, is still part of love.”
